Overview

The commercial advisory arm of PIVRA

PIVRA Advisory is how organisations engage the Pakistan Institute for Vision Research and Action on a fee basis. Where the institute's public research is grant-funded and set by its own agenda, Advisory engagements are defined by a client: a regulatory question, a market to assess, a policy environment to understand.

The work is delivered by the same research team, supported by a vetted network of independent domain experts, and held to the same standards as PIVRA's published output. A client commissions the question and the rigour — not the conclusion — and holds no editorial control over anything PIVRA publishes under its own name.

Expert Network

Vetted domain experts and former regulatory advisors

Alongside its own research team, PIVRA Advisory draws on a network of senior independent specialists — in areas such as fiscal and tax policy, energy and infrastructure regulation, trade and financial regulation, and sustainable development.

Network members are engaged under written agreement and screened for conflicts of interest before any consultation. Where a client requests an expert briefing, PIVRA scopes the question, identifies suitable specialists, and coordinates the consultation — typically within seven business days. Experts are briefed on the strict prohibition against sharing confidential or material non-public information.
